Your day begins with a warm meet and greet by the Sky Extra Team, where your tour guide provides a detailed safari briefing outlining the itinerary, safety guidelines, and what to expect. You then depart for Nairobi National Park, the only national park located just outside a capital city. During the game drive, you explore open savannah plains with the Nairobi skyline in the background, spotting wildlife such as lions, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, and buffalo while learning about their habitats and conservation efforts.
Next, you visit the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, where rescued baby elephants are bottle-fed and play in the mud during the public viewing session. Keepers share touching rescue stories and explain rehabilitation programs.
The tour concludes at the Giraffe Centre, where you hand-feed endangered Rothschild’s giraffes from a raised platform and learn about ongoing conservation initiatives before concluding your tour.
